We select every product and supplier with the utmost care, ensuring we can offer you freshly harvested fruits and vegetables as well as top-quality meat. Our dry-aged meat, grilled to perfection, makes the hearts of meat lovers beat faster.
In addition, we have a young, dynamic kitchen team that shares our passion for high-quality, regional ingredients, harmoniously blending culinary tradition with modern trends—and cooking with genuine dedication. Thanks to our glassed-in kitchen, you can watch them at work anytime.
Here, you can enjoy excellent coffee and healthy, farm-fresh juices. Alongside South Tyrolean wines, liqueurs, and creative cocktails, there is one specialty not to be missed: our own craft beer, Viertel Bier, carefully selected in our brewery in Schabs.
